1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation.
  • Delivery generally takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas or during peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, strikes, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,000.
  • A nominal shipping fee will apply to orders below ₹1,000 (displayed at checkout before payment).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number/link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to track your shipment status in real time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible pin codes across India. COD availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make up to 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and you will be contacted for further action (re-shipment charges may apply).

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order. Mumakhi Organics is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery or contact us immediately at mumakhicare@gmail.com with photos of the package, within 48 hours of delivery, so we can assist you as per our Refund & Return Policy.
