Cold-Pressed Mustard Oil

In a small village in Rajasthan, our mustard is grown on go-aadharit organic fields, nourished only with natural cow-dung manure — no chemical fertilizers, no shortcuts. From this land comes the mustard that fills every bottle of our oil.

We select only carefully chosen A1 grade organic mustard seeds, and press them ourselves in our own unit using the traditional kachi ghani cold-press method. No heat, no chemical extraction, no refining — just slow pressing, the way mustard oil has always been made in Indian homes.

This slow process keeps the oil unrefined and unfiltered, letting its natural pungency, colour and nutrition stay exactly as nature intended. To protect that purity, every bottle is filled in glass, keeping the oil safe from outside reactions and preserving its freshness for longer.

Simple farming, honest pressing, no shortcuts — that’s the only way we know how to make mustard oil.
