Chyawanprash

The Ayurvedic Elixir, Made the Old Way

Every jar of Mumakhi Chyawanprash begins in our own fields, with organic Desi amla hand-picked fresh at the peak of its season. From there, it travels to a small village kitchen and is made exactly as it always has been — in small batches, slow-cooked over a clay chulha in traditional iron vessels, with nothing hurried and nothing skipped.

Into this base goes A2 Bilona Desi Cow Ghee, wild forest honey, pure Kashmiri saffron, Vanshlochan, and a careful blend of traditional herbs — brought together slowly, the way Ayurvedic tradition describes, never the way a factory line would. It is sweetened only with khandsari, with no refined sugar, no chemicals, and no preservatives anywhere in the jar.

The result is a Chyawanprash made close to how it was first meant to be — an everyday Ayurvedic ritual for the whole family, rooted in ingredients and a process we can stand fully behind, jar after jar.

Made the Old Way

Slow-cooked in iron vessels over a clay chulha, in small village batches — not mass-produced, not rushed. Each jar reflects the same care that has gone into Chyawanprash for generations, made today with the same patience.

How to Use It

Take 1 to 2 teaspoons of Chyawanprash daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

    • Adults: 1 to 2 teaspoons (10–20 grams) once or twice a day.
    • Children (above 3 years): ½ to 1 teaspoon once daily, ideally under parental guidance.
    • How to Consume: Take directly by spoon, or mix with warm milk or lukewarm water.

Rooted in Rasayana Tradition

In Ayurveda, Chyawanprash is classed as a Rasayana — a rejuvenating preparation, traditionally taken as part of a daily routine rather than as a remedy for a single problem.

Daily Vitality

Traditionally taken to support everyday stamina and reduce fatigue, as part of an ongoing Ayurvedic routine rather than a one-time fix.

Digestive Wellness

Formulated with warming spices traditionally used in Ayurveda to support healthy digestion (Agni) as part of a balanced daily diet.

Seasonal Wellbeing

Amla-based formulations have long been part of traditional Ayurvedic routines through seasonal transitions, valued for their place in everyday wellness practices.

Nourishment & Ojas

Rich in ghee, honey and traditional herbs, this formulation is rooted in the Ayurvedic idea of building Ojas — the body’s deeper reserve of vitality — over time, with consistent use.

Mental Clarity

Herbs traditionally associated with nervous system nourishment are part of this formulation, in keeping with Ayurveda’s long-standing approach to sustained focus and calm.
